NuCo Drives, L.L.C. was recently (February 2010) established by the owners of Joliet Technologies LLC, to focus on the specific needs of the power generation industry.

Joliet Technologies is a custom integration facility that serves a wide variety of industries. It became apparent to us that there is a need for a company that can produce custom AC and DC drive systems to a Nuclear Quality Assurance 1 level of quality. NuCo Drives offers variable speed drives, and associated equipment that is engineered specific to the power generating industry, and their associated suppliers, at the NQA-1 level.

As the market economies drive the need for more nuclear power plants and support facilities to produce “clean” power, NuCo Drives can offer a full line of custom AC and DC variable speed drives, as well as custom control panels, custom operator panels, PLC’s, HMI’s and SCADA type packages.
